Twin or hematoma?!

So ladies i had a scan today and was told theres 2 sacs, one with a perfect heartbeat and 2 that's either a twin sac that needs to catch up or a hematoma... lady scanning says it looks more like a twinny. so what do you guys think?

I *think* I can see something in both sacs. I would vote twin

That second one is pretty big and I see something in it so I vote twin but I'm not a dr so take that with a grain of salt lol
