Long story short I went to hospital in Thursday with low fetal movement of bottom twin
Found out I had high bp protein in wee was having contractions but not feeling them and tested positive for babes coming within two weeks
Was took to a bigger hospital that copes with tiny babies
Stayed in two nights and came home Saturday
Early hours of Sunday morning had to o back cos I was having contractions but cervix is still closed
Any advice. X

No advice but I hope everything goes well and good luck :)

Hi Hun, sorry you haven't much response here :/ how are things? I'm afraid I have no experience of twins, or the type of early labour issue you are having so can't offer particularly useful advice however I would definitely be thinking of the following:
Have you been given steroid injections to help the babies lungs?
Have you seen the hospitals nicu unit? Ask for a tour as its so much better to be prepared for how it all looks and sounds!
Are they checking your wee and bp regularly now? What's the plan? Xxxx

Iv had the steroids yeah
I'm gonna wait til I hit 32 weeks to see the unit cos of I don't make it to 32 babies will be born in a different unit anyway
I went to labour wars last nite with leaking again and iv now got a uti too
Iv got a scan Tuesday so will know more after that xx

Glad you had the steroids Hun they will really help if the babies come too soon. Have they said if the leaking is your waters or not? If it is (or even if they aren't 100% sure) antibiotics should be offered to prevent infection, that is very important ( my waters have gone at 27/28weeks each time).
Hopefully the scan will make things clearer xxxx

I had my twins at 32+6. I had preterm labour scares from 28 weeks, then they were eventually delivered by emergency c-section due to severe pre eclampsia (I was also contracting at the time, but not sure whether it was proper labour or not).

They spent almost 4 weeks in neonatal, and did really well. It is scary to begin with, but the staff were so lovely and it became easier with every day that went by. They also say that twins tend to do a bit better than single babies born at the same gestation, and I found that a really helpful thought to hold onto.

If you have any questions feel free to ask xxx

That's lovely to know!!
We are hoping to get to 32 weeks as long as I don't get any infections cos my waters are still leaking xx
