Ive had two really long labors. my EDD is on Saturday...im anxious bc i know things can go differently, hwoever, my labors (from waters going to baby, both times) were 30-32 hours of constant 4-5 minute apart contracting...am i doomed for this to be my reality a third time? Anyone have any positive experiences after TWO long labors? (i know longer labors for FTM is the norm, so thats why im referring to those with two or more).

It's not the same but my mum had 3 shot labours (6ish hours the first time, 3 the next and 90 minutes the 3rd time) and one long labour the 4th time- 44 hours followed by caesarian. I'd imagine it can go the same way for those who've previously had long labours.
Hope you have a shorter labour with baby girl!

I only have one baby but my mum was in labour 24 hrs with her first, 16hrs with her second and 13hrs with her third, don't know if that helps at all. I'm hoping for a shorter labour next time because last time was 38hrs. I didn't have such a hard time as you though because I got big gaps between contractions.
