My two week old is breastfed only, but today she threw up ALOT everywhere all over me, my bed, and herself. It was after a feed at least 20 minutes after. And just now again she threw up breastmilk everywhere all over me, a towel, her blanket and herself. She doesn't have a temperature, she seems fine, has had normal poo, and wet dipes today. She seems eager to eat come feeding time.

She doesn't normally spit up so I'm a tad worried. Although her poops have been loud today I mean really louder than normal but they seem normal.

Should I just keep an eye in her temp and take her to the e.r if it gets above 100.3 (like I said its normal no temp at the moment)

Her peds office is closed at the moment or id call them.

Sometimes babies are just sick. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I know that's not very helpful. My baby girl is sick alot. Nothing wrong with her some babies are sicker than others. Talk to your Dr if you are worried :)

My baby started spitting up around the two week mark (she's almost 5 weeks now). I try to keep her upright for 30-60 minutes after feeding but that's not always possible. Today she spit up loads in her bassinet and it's been more than an hour since she fed but she really pigged out on her last feed! If your baby is a big eater, you may get more spitting up.

Nice to see you here!!

Mine is just under 2 weeks and I find if she guzzles food down she spits up more. I usually interrupt her and try and burp her a few times a feed to help this.. shes a hungry hippo! Mine is bottle fed though, so it may be different. You could always try calling a public health line to ask (here we have a 24/7 number where we can call and reach a public health nurse to ask questions) but it sounds pretty normal if shes still happy :)

Sounds normal. Try and keep her upright after feeds and try not to go too long between feeds so she's eating little and often.

Sounds normal to me too. Make sure you burp her after her feeds and keep her upright for a while after.
