two year old nappy rash

my two year old son gets terrible nappy rash we have tried everything from creams to powder to leaving it alone but nothing helps.
the doctor has told us to keep a food diary becasue it looks like it could be some kind of allergy since he also gets wheezy but so far i see no pattern!

does anyone else have a similar problem its starting to get really upseting because his little bottom gets so sore it bleeds

the doctor wont give us cream etc because he just says it wont help if its an allergy

Yeah Tom always seems to have rash. I don't put it down to the food he eats. I just think boys wee is somehow more caustic!

We've been trying metanium cream lately and that seems to help far better than anything else we tried. Might be worth a go if you haven't already tried it.

try natural youghurt...supposed to be good...

Yes I was gonna say something about natural yogurt ..its got good bacterias in there which will help with nappy rash ..also leaving him butt naked for a few min during the day will help for the dryness
