Two yolk sacs? And any guesses?

I had my first sonogram on Thursday to confirm a due date but my doctor and I are as confused as ever! My LMP was Oct. 30th, but I sometimes ovulate late. Based on the sonogram, my doctor thinks I'm about 5+3 weeks along. But the puzzling thing is she THINKS she saw two yolk sacs! One is very visible and clear, but there appears to be another one, but she won't confirm if it is or not. She scheduled me for another sonogram on Dec 26th. Do you see two yolk sacs and based on the position, what would be your guess on gender from the Ramzi's Theory? Thanks ladies!
