tww making me rethink ttc so soon

Hey all xx
I'm 11 dpo and sick of bfn s
If I'm preg now Il be delighted
But I've never had a longer more annoying tww
Wondering if its cos I started ttc too soon after last mc
Maybe I should hve given myself a bit more time
Anyone else similar

I HATE the tww. Always. I think for me, the tww is always going to be worse than usual until I hopefully get my rainbow. So I don't think that waiting longer would change that for me. But if you think it would for you, maybe it'd be worth considering having a break if you're not pregnant this cycle? It's so tough to know what's best for you after a mc.

Aw, I think most people here will have those thoughts.

I'm still in my first cycle post d&c so I'm still nervous about whether or not everything went ok and if and when my cycles will start to work "normally" again. I guess there's anxiety at every stage.

Sure is.
If its any consolation, I had my son after my first d and c
We did wait two cycles but cos I had to get my liver checked out.
Not for any other reason xx

Just to let u know,
I got bfn 3.5 weeks after d and c and af two weeks after that
I didn't try that cycle but I had some symptoms I would hve sworn were bfp if I had.
If u want to ask me anything I'm here xx

Thank you! My tests are all over the place atm. Hpts got lighter and now darker again but opks are getting lighter?? Makes no sense to me. But anyway, it just occurred to me that we'll soon getquite close to a December birthday, which we want to avoid for several reasons. So it's a bit now or never (until May) for me. Don't think "now" is very likely so I guess I'll end up waiting a bit after all. :-/ On the bright side, at least my body will have some time to sort itself out then.

The opk s can be dark from the hcg.
That could be why they r getting lighter.
My cycles were a little all over the place first month or two after d and c
Fir dating u might be better waiting
I can imagine if I didn't know my dates
Scans would be extra scary
Not knowing if bub was measuring right or not

That's my point! Opks should pick up hcg. But hpts are getting darker (=more hcg) while opks are getting lighter (=less hcg)! Bit worried about retained tissue or a partial molar but then surely opks should darken as well?

Maybe get doc to do hcg blood tests to see if going down or up?

I had tiny bit of retained tissue last loss
It was medical mgt , not d and c
I've had 2 d and c s with no issues
I had a very pinpoint pain with it
U honestly think my pain was the spot the clot was hanging out
Cos it was a concentrated pain if that makes sense.
But I've never had it with d and c

Chances are u would hve symptoms for retained tissue
But it does sound weird with the tests.
If ur worried id def check with doc
Cant hurt to check xxx

Def too early to be another pregnancy, d&c was not quite 2 weeks ago. Getting worse cramping now and just started spotting so I'm thinking retained tissue? Hoping it'll come away tonight if that's the case. If not, I might make a doctors appointment tomorrow, if cramping persists.

And also sorry to hear you've been through this three times. This was my fourth pregnancy, second miscarriage and I'm already more than ready to be done with all of this.

U said u stopped bleeding fast
I did too after d and c
But then had pain
That got better when I started bleeding again
Didn't hve clots or any thing
Just some more bleeding to do

I went to my doc with the pain then too.
While I was waiting to see doc I went to loo
Bleeding started and pain started to subside right away
Hope its something like that for u too xx

Sounds like that might be likely to happen. Pain is a bit better now though but still there. Thanks for sharing! It's good to know that this may be perfectly fine.

I am also in my first month after a natural MC on 5th January, I know I ovulated 20 days later so expecting AF or BFP in 2 weeks time ish but having loads of period pains so my cycle may still be sorting itself out. I highly doubt I will be pregnant this month so not going to stress about it being too soon lol the only thing I am going to do differently is never take pregnancy tests before af again, I havent tested since I MC because I dont want to see a negative test, the next pregnancy test I do will be when I have missed a period and chances are good that it will be positive haha. Ur soo right.
I drove myself bananas testing.
I was crampy on and off.
But must hve still been weird from mc
Cos still no bfp.
