Type 1 diabetic/chronic hypertension. Anyone out there?

I'm a type one diabetic with chronic hypertension. I've just discovered I'm pregnant. ( switched to Methyldopa this weekend for the BP) I have a beautiful little boy already and had a fairly uneventful pregnancy with him. Just wondered if anyone was on a similar journey for company, advice and tips.

At clinic tomorrow. Guess I will be reprimanded and then will find out more then.

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

I don't know anything about the hypertension but I am a type 1 diabetic .
Had diabetes for 16 years and I'm currently pregnant with out first baby . I'm 31 weeks today . It's lovely to talk to other type 1 diabetics who go through the same journey . Hope all is going well for you so far
