My nips HATE the cold, they feel like someone has clamped poker-hot vices on them when it goes below 15 degrees!

I am almost tempted to go to a trashy lingerie store and buy one of those bras that have holes for the nipple. That way I can support the boob without the pressure on the nipple.

Ohhh I had such painful nipples that I could have cried when I was cold but I found that Kamilosan really helped relieve it and I also used to put nursing pads in my bra with this cream on them, which enabled me to wear a bra......

Have you tried using any kind of cream/lotion/oil on your nipples so that the skin isn't too dry? Aww hope it eases for you soon! hugs

Hope you start feeling better hon, remember not to soap them when you take a shower. The soap dries them out even more.

Oh yes, I have been coating them in Dream Cream. They are not dry, just not happy!
