Unable to add a signature?

I'm trying to add a Lilypie ticker to my signature and was wondering why it won't let me. Under the Signature Permissions, it says "No" to everything... HTML, BB Code, Smiles... Anyone know what gives?

Do I have to make a certain amount of posts to be eligible for this? I tried searching the boards, but couldn't find a solution.

I think it's 10 posts so you should be able to do it soon (sometimes takes the servers a few minutes to catch up and grant you the permissions)

you need to do ten posts then you should be able to sort out ya signature

Ahhh that might explain why I can't post a ticker yet.
