unable to upload/attach photo to a new thread?

Just wondered if anyone could help me. I dont think i'm doing anything wrong, but for some reason I just cant upload any photos. I've tried on both my computer and my iphone, and made sure its the right format and size, but nothing. Just continues to say 'uploading photo(s) please wait' even after waiting 10+ minutes.

Any ideas?

Uploading for me fine.

Try closing down your browsers and clearing cache then try again.
