Hello ladies, I'm a few days shy of 14 weeks and for a good week or so I've been woken up at 6am (give or take 10 mins) with very uncomfortable motions in my lower abdomen and a desire to urinate. I always feel incredibly big too.

I haven't got a fully formed bump yet, just expanding here and there but when it's 6am it's rock solid and quite protruding. I always wake up on my left side and roll onto my back to get up. Going to the toilet I pass urine which obviously shrinks my bladder but it actually feels sore as everything else is moving due to its shrinkage. I rarely have a poo that early, it's usually upon my second or third attempt 2/3 hours later.

Is it normal to have the same feeling every morning at the same time and being that sore!? Am I doing something wrong?

Sometimes after the initial getting up routine, I have a heavy feeling in the uterus which does make me feel the need to sit down often as it's uncomfortable.

Previously I've had unexplained brown bleeding but scans show a healthy baby.

I had that in earlier pregnancy, right down to peeing being sore - an uncomfortable pressure in that area. I don't have it as much now but it does still happen.

Since about 6 weeks pregnant my new routine is to wake up early and have to head to the toilet for a bowel movement...like clockwork. I think its normal to have the same routine daily. Lol. Also, it was similarly painful when I woke for the first 15 weeks or so...still is now sometimes too and I'm 23weeks. Lots of pressure in there with a baby growing :)

I've been waking up at 5-7am with a very full bladder and a big belly!
I sometimes find I can feel baby wiggling and kicking which probably makes me need to wee even more!

Plus you're starting to grow now anyway, so your muscles will ache, and when your bladder has grown for needing to pee your belly is stretched as much as possible so it's going to feel strange.

Plus it's quite common for your digestive system to slow right down, so you'll probably gain discomfort from that!

Even on my days off I wake up very early to wee and struggle to get an extra hour or two in bed!

I used to get this in the first trimester too! For me it passed when the baby started to move above my pubic bone.
