Hiya,

We were very surprised to find out we were expecting a little girl :cloud9: and had put no thought into girls names. We're having a little trouble...

What do you think of the following? (some of them are very similar)
Middle name can either be Grace or May (two family names from different sides, but it's more about which one suits the first name better).

Amelia Grace Vautier
Emily Grace Vautier
Elise May Vautier
Sophie Grace Vautier

For some realise I LOVE the El names but hubby not so much. I love Eleanor but he doesn't - darn joint decisions ;)

Feel free to suggest any names you think we might like too!!

Thanks for any opinions x x

P.S. hubby is big on nicknames so prefers names that can be shortened. Emily = Em, Elise = Elle,Ellie etc

Well obviously I'm going to vote for Sophie Grace ;)

But I also like Elise and Emily, although I like Grace as a middle name better than May.

Here's my girl name list :

Victoria
Isabelle
Jessica
Juliet (although i cant use it because my niece is Julia)

Hehe cute!

Think hubby is very keen on Emily Grace.

Love your names. Always liked Victoria, something so regal about that name.

I know its not one of your choices but very similar so can i vote for:

Emilia May Vautier

I personally prefer May as a name than Grace

can shorten to:

Em/Ems
Emil
Millie
Lia

Amelia Grace is beautiful, also lots of options for nn's there as pp said

Elise May is also quite cute.

I also really like Sophia Grace :flower:, just flows a bit better than Sophie Grace imo

Other suggestions:

Gabriella Rose (nn Ella or Gaby)
Evangeline May/Evangeline Rose (nn Eve/Evie)
Genevieve Rose/Genevieve May (nn Evie/Gen)

Amelia May is very pretty... could be nicknamed Milly :)

I love all of your first name choices. Emily and Elise are my favourites. Not keen on Grace or May but they fit as middle names.

Sophie Grace :)

Other suggestions-

Elodie
Olivia
Erin
Isla
Anabel

:flower:

I like Elise the best, it was on my short list for girls, but I was going to spell it the way my cousin does, Elyse.

Well, my girls are Caitlin Grace and Amelia Hope so I obv like Amelia Grace! I think Amelia May works too.

Shame your DH doesn't like Eleanor as El and Ellie are really nice NNs.

I like Emily Grace :) have you considered Beatrix? If in had a second pink that's what we would have called her :)

Thanks for all the suggestions ladies! You all have wonderful taste. Hubby and I will go through the thread tonight x x

Oh and thought of Beatrix, because I think Bea is the sweetest nickname EVER! Hubby doesn't agree...grrrrrrrrr ;)

I like all the names on your list. But since you asked for more suggestions, how about

Elena Grace (Eh-LAY-na)
