So basically as the title says, really.
I've been IN LOVE with the name Mikaelyn (Mick-ay-lynn) for YEARS now...convinced OH that that was our future daughter's name...
But it sounds odd with his surname! :growlmad:
It could, potentially, still be an option...but I am now realizing just how difficult his surname seems to be! haha!

Our fave boy name atm is Tyler!! It's just perfect :cloud9:
also love Jacob, Xavier, Oaklen
Girl names I love Mikaelyn, Neveya (nuh-vay-uh), Jezerai/Dezerai but just not sure anything works?!
Looking for other suggestions and basically just to see what other unused or unique names that people can come up with!!

I have a friend with a daughter named Mikayden. I think it's super adorable and unique!

We live in northern california. It's the first time I've heard the name :)

No suggestions, but I do feel your pain with trying to work a first and last name combo. Ours rules out most names with "L" in them, which is pretty difficult when trying to find a girl's name!

For girls: McKenna, Isla(pronounced eye-luh), Hadley
For boys: Josiah, Oliver, Emmett, Elijah, Evan

Love Xavier & Oaklen

I've always thought Xavier would make a nice middle name, goes with almost everything! Tyler is also a cute name, and works well as a mn too.

I don't think Tyler or Jacob (especially not Jacob) are unique though.

How about Kyler? (similar to Tyler but more unusual)

Some girl suggestions:

Kaiya
Ariella
Abrielle
Sage
Trinity
Willow
Calista
Eliana
Harlow
Piper
Harper
Aaliyah

Thanks for so many suggestions! Yeah Jacob is just a name I love, but I am well aware it's extremely popular lol. Tyler though while not unique is definitely a name I haven't heard used in a while, and would be a nice subtle tribute to my dad whose initials were TER
