update after phone call

FOB and I hadn't spoken in nine months and we spoke on the phone. I informed him that unless he can be here at least four times a year, don't be here at all. (we live very far so I'm being reasonable) He said he may come up in November, didn't come. He now says he will be here in December. His other daughter and her mom will be at my house so he can't mess with our heads. He's asked a few questions, here and there but mainly silent. In other news, I'm now seeing someone! She's a single mom to a two year old aswell. I wish she could be there but I know it's too soon right now and I don't need him causing drama with her. Lara will be four months old by the time he meets her. Also, I filed for sole custody with reasonable access

I think your being fair, and if he can't stick to the agreement then he's best to stay away altogether, a child is better off with an absent parent than one that only appears once in a blue moon, good for you too that you've met someone, hope it works out for you x

I definitely think you're being fair! If he can't contribute that much towards his daughter he doesn't deserve to be there. X
