Update of Benjamin Aaron :D

Hi ladies

We had our 24 week visit today. Our little Ben continues to grow and thrive. We feel so blessed. All his measurements are at or above what they should be for his gestational age. He already weighs in at 1 lb 12 oz.....more than Zeke weighed at birth....talk about humbling! He will be delivered (Lord willing) mid-late April via c-section. I had a "classical" c-section with Zeke, so I won't be allowed to labor or have a VBAC. That type of c-section weakens the uterus wall, increasing the likelihood of a rupture.

I was also "released" from the specialists today and only have to see my regular OB from this point !

Thanks, girls . We have another growth scan on Monday. We're hoping to get a definite date for the c-section....trying to come up with a way to plead my case for April 19th....I'll be 36+4. All 3 boys are born on the 19th (our oldest turns 17 tomorrow, the other 2 share a March 19th bday). So, we could have Feb, March, and April 19th....that'd be pretty cool!!!

Good luck with that Tracey! I've got a scan on Wednesday apparently to find out if the baby is very big as my first son was 10lb 4oz! Oddly enough I only put on about 15 lbs when I had him and hardly looked pregnant so he was a BIG surprise! This time I've only put on 12lbs but I appear huge! Our baby tried to put in a surprise appearance on saturday morning so I'm hoping for 16th of March for my section date when I'll be 37+1 the doctor is in favour of 30th when I'll be 39+1 but I dont think he'sgoing to hang around that long! This is the exciting bit isn't it?! xxx
