Update on the falling asleep during feeds.

I have started giving her formula again. At first it was just in the morning, then just at night, now she has a few oz during the day. I can't believe we've gotten back into bad habits.

I know your health visitor made you feel bad for mix feeding but if it works for you I really don't think it's a bad thing...do you feel really bad for doing it? or am I missing something...
my health visitor actively encourages me to find my own way of feeding my LO...and that seems to be breast with top-up of formula for first feed in the am, formula feed, formula feed, then breastfeeding the 3 times he wants feeding during the night.
Hope you feel better about it soon/it sorts itself out though.

i express milk and formula feed, although Ali does get more breast milk i would say. a midwife tried to make me feel bad but i very nicely told her where to go. sorry, nobody comes into my home and offends me when i am trying my best.
