Ok, so it's Summer down here in the Southern Hemisphere. And my work clothes aren't exactly airy. I've gotten a bit of chafing on my left upper thigh (which is rubbing against my pants) and it's killing me. I'm trying to think of ways to cure it quickly and prevent it from happening again. Do you think nappy cream (diaper cream or whatever) will help? Since it's a lot cheaper than those chafing medicines, I was wondering if anyone would have some kind of idea.

Oh, unrelated side note, I'm almost in the second trimester!!! :happydance: (When does it start? 12w+1 or 13w? I'm a bit unsure because technically speaking, 12w+1 is the 13th week but idk)

Maybe try papaw ointment if you can get hold of that? That's what I use for stuff like that :)

I went to second tri at 13 weeks but I know a lot of ladies go at 12 so it's up to you really  :)

It could work, worth a shot! :)

I say second tri is anywhere from 12-14 weeks, whenever you feel comfortable :)

Sudocrem! I had this over summer, I was coming up to 20 weeks pregnant and my legs would chafe if I wore certain tights to work so I invested in maternity trousers that fit better and stopped me chaffing, and sudocrem worked a treat!
Nappy rash creams will no doubt work too, if they work on babies when their nappies chafe then they'll work on us too!

I agree with above - sudocrem works miracles.
I had the exact same problem as you with my uniform when I worked pregnant.. It was unbearable!

Sudocream :)
I went into second tri at 13 weeks but yeah 12-13 is normal I think :)
