Using a CBFM while on clomid

Hi all!

Have heard that you cant use a clearblue fertility monitor while using clomid? do any of you know if this is true? I've bought one off the internet thinking I would be ok to use it now all my hormones are in control since I'm on metaformin, then to be told cant use it with clomid! I cant read through the instructions as it hasn't been delivered yet. Ive spent a fortune on 40 sticks and the monitor itself and cant believe it might not even work with me! why dont I find out these things first!

It worked for me, hun. I got my first peak on my last cycle! It didn't put a foot wrong! Was knackered this cycle but thats cos i didn't realise the batteries were going and everytime i put a stick in, it died half way through reading it so I got lows all cycle!

The only thing i found on my first cycle is that it went straight to "high" rather than a period of "low" days first. But otherwise it was fine.

Oh no! thats crap hope you have the battery's all sorted now!

Oh well that at least puts my mind at rest a little, I cant wait to start it next cycle. Ive bought some clearblue ovulation smiley face sticks for this cycle

oooh theyre great! to save a bit of cash, I get cheapies off the net and use them every day til i am approaching a positive line then i start using the smilies with them.
