My HV advised me that my daughter was suffering with colic and to try using Infacol. I have been breastfeeding her and also giving her 1 bottle at night of Aptamil first milk.

I ask the HV if I should try Aptamil comfort for her and she said it was worth a try. I have been using the comfort milk for the last few days and my daughter seems much better but my question is if the colic has passed or it never really was colic should she still be getting the comfort milk ???

If it was me and it was working I would just stick with the comfort just incase it would come back! What age is your LO? Colic is ment to pass at aroung 3-4 months so maybe you could use the comfort until then?

It may have gone away because of the comfort formula. I'd suggest sticking with it, at least for the moment.

Thanks for your replies.

Jessica is almost 4 weeks old so I will just stick to the comfort milk and BF as well :flower:
