Using colief

Hi, for those who use colief or have used it in the past, how do you make up your bottles? Do you make them on demand or prepare them and put them in the fridge?

i think i remember something about if the milks too hot then it destroys the colief so it has no effect and tht if its cold it doesnt work either!

was using cartons wen luisa had it so would just warm her milk to how she needed it and then add it. it said something about leaving it for 30 mins for hv told me 10mins is long enough...

Im using colief still for my little man and he is coming up to 6mths and i prepare it as he wants it so i know the enzyme hasnt been killed off, using too hot a water as Angel says destroys it also.
