Using Comfort food with Colic Drops

When I moved Lola onto Aptamil Comfort my HV told me I shouldn't use Infacol/Dentinox anymore. Although the comfort milk has helped loads Lola is still really suffering with trapped wind....I've given her infacol a couple of times and its really helped. Does anyone know why I shouldnt use colic drops with comfort food??

I'm thinking of trying colief if its OK to do so?!

We used gripe water, infacol (didn't help) and dentinox when we used the comfort milk and our daughter was fine.
I have no idea why you were told not to use anything, not heard that one before!

I stopped using infacol after starting Aptimal Comfort. But my LO is a bit older than urs, & he's now very good at getting rid of the gases
