Vaginal Pain (worried)

I had my mc yesterday and I don't have severe bleeding or clotting thankfully! I am however experiencing some really bad pain at the lower part of my vagina! It's like the Pubic muscle! I am taking pills to help get out the rest of the residues.. You think it's from that? I'm worried cause I keep moving a lot as I have a toddler and I can't just sit down hopefully nothing serious.. Anyone experienced this pain ?
