Variflow teats! - Amazing!

I needed some new teats as Jake was struggling with the medium flow. I was a bit dubious about buying the 6months plus ones so I got some variflow .(I use tommee tippee bottles!)

They're amazing. I use Aptamil Comfort milk and the teat hasn't blocked once. It used to all the time with the others.

Just thought i'd let you all know! The good thing is is with the variflow you don't need to wonder about when to change the teat as they adjust to your babies sucking strength.

I realise I sound like an ambassador for TT now ahaha! v

They are great, but be careful when you wash them, and have a close look at the hole each time, as they are prone to splitting.

I was wondering when you change teats too.....

My 11 week old has number 2 teats but how do i know when to change?

They get frustrated when they're drinking and they may fall asleep on feeds! Jake was getting really tired when he was feeding. x

My LO is on Aptimal comfort and I use TT bottles with variflow teats also, they are fab!

They're so much better for the comfort milk! The medium flow teats used to block all the time. Used to drive me (& Jake!) crazy. So much easier at feeding time. It's taken me two months to get things sorted!x

I am a bit early asking this as i am still waiting for my little one to arrive i am now 39 weeks exact.
I brought the vari flow teats, but wonder when it says put the number under the nose number 1 for newborn....does it mean so u can see its number 1 under babys nose or does it mean put it under his nose so u cant see the number.
i hope this makes sense?????

there is a vent opposite the number, and this needs to be at the top, if that makes sense!
