I know this is a stretch, but I have always received great advice whenever I had a question on this site. 
Long shot: Has anyone had a successful vaginal birth in a hospital/birth center/at home in Los Angeles? If so, who was your doctor/midwife/doula? I want to have another child (while I still can) but the thought of being sliced open with my organs on the surgery table followed by a year of sleep deprivation coupled with at least eight months of postpartum surgical healing to feel "normal" terrorizes me
as a late 30-something mother with two toddlers at home. Successful vba2c referrals in LA encouraged and much appreciated!
