Vertigo and pregnancy

Had 1st bout of serious vertigo in 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Resulted in severe diarrhea and vomiting and treatment in ER for dehydration multiple times. My boy was born a month early. I'm now 9 weeks and just spent all night on the bathroom floor with vertigo again. I'm dreading the next 7 months. I was diagnosed with Menieres disease, but didn't know pregnancy could trigger new attacks.
