Hi
Whilst i was doing my reading I(paranoid about Incompetent cervix) i came across this very informative google book. It has loads of different complications and problems with explanations and outcomes. It is well researched and is evidence based so it isnt full of scare mongering or opinions.
It is heavy going at bits with some science bits in it but i found it very informative and thought id post the link incase someone else finds some useful info from it.

it was published in 2004 so fairly up to date and like i said well researched...
