Very itchy skin at night

My stomach, thighs, and arms are super itchy only at night. I find myself waking up in the middle of the night scratching my stomach so hard it turns into little red bumps. Anyone else have this issue? I'm currently using mustela stretch marks cream and Palmer's stretch marks lotion. Bi was using the tummy butter but stopped using that due to skin irritation. Help!!

Surprisingly palmer's cream caused me irritation on my chest area last pregnancy and I was itching all night for weeks.

I had severe itching this past week and had some blood tests done to check on liver conditions. Once that was ruled out I was given an antihistamine. And I also got calamine lotion which helped a lot. Calamine helped with the itching last time too.
