Very strong cramps 48 hrs after misoprostol

Hey everyone, I took 600 mg of misoprostol for a mmc (7+2 size at 10+2, no hb).

I passed the gestational sac and lots of clots within 8 hrs. Cramping stopped for 24 hrs and now it is intensifying again. Is this normal? It hurts quite a bit. I had a natural mc with the last. This is my first time on meds.

Just an update in case someone stumbles upon this in the future, I passed two very large pieces of tissue last night. Cramping has disappeared. I'm feeling much better today, though I'm still bleeding more than I usually would with a heavy period.

Hopefully the pain will now pass for you. Must have been due to the last bit of tissue trying to pass.
