Very TMI question...checking cervix after BD?

DH and I BD'ed this morning and after we were done, I laid in my bed with a pillow under my tushie for 30 minutes. And now 3 hrs later, I went to the bathroom to check for cervical position. When I pulled my finger out, I noticed that my finger looked like it was covered in water and it was running down my knuckles. I imagine this is all seminal fluids and in retrospection, I am kicking myself for not being smart about it Did I just ruin a good sperm batch just because I inserted my finger too early? Or is this ok?

No, you could get up straight after and shower and the good sperm will still be on their way.
