Hi all

We have been advised by the Dr's for DH to take suplements of Vitamin C & E, Zinc, Folic Acid & Omega 3 as he has very low count and motility.

She didn't say what sort of levels we should be aiming for, can anyone recommend? He is currently taking a pre-conception multi vitamin tablet for men daily.

Any advise & recommendations? I've done a bit of research today online and found that it is recommended that he take 500-1500mg Vit C, 15-60mg Zinc, 400-800iu Vit E. Couldn't find levels of Folic acid or omega 3 but the supplement he is currently taking is no where near these levels  Also, have they worked for you?

Thanks in advance.

Have you heard of Fertile Aid for Men? They have count booster, and mobility booster! I ready several forum's on here of woman's husbands who went back from there second SA and doc's were shocked by how high there counts went up!

Maybe just try that since it has lots of the vitamin's in it!

Thanks for replying, i'll give it a go

There's evidence suggesting Maca helps with fertility all around. The only cycle we got pregnant (m/c) was with both of us on maca and taking goji berries in addition to prenatals and men's multivitamin.

Be careful with dosage and mixing herbs.. some may have negative side effects on fertility. WebMd will tell you all you need to know about herbal supplements and dosages, side effects, benefits, and negative reactions.

We get all info from our acupuncturist.
