Vitex Help

Hello. Trying to see if anyone has had the same experience or advice. I have pcos and tried vitex to help regulate my cycle. Typically I have a 60-90 day cycle. I started vitex Dec 16 and still no period. Last period was 129 days ago. This past month I have been spotting and I have never had spotting in the past. Should I continue with the vitex or stop? Taking 1000mg every morning.

I have follicular cysts and irregular cycles and started taking Vitex almost 3 weeks ago. I think it made me ovulate finally on CD35 and now I'm 9DPO. Unfortunately, I haven't taken Vitex long enough to give you experienced advice. But I have read good things about the effect of Vitex on PCOS. Have you thought of going to see your OB and have an ultrasound to see what's going on?

I had horribly irregular cycles. I would go 3 to 5 months and only have one period. I didn't take vitex but I took fertilaid. Its from Fairhaven health.They have a website. I got my period that month n started regularly o'ing the next month. You should really look into it. They have all natural ingredients. They have tons of products for men and women.
