Hi all. So I am half way through my second cycle on Vitex, and I'm curious to know if anyone else has weird side effects while taking it. I had cramping (pretty severe) for about the first two weeks of taking it and then it subsided. I began taking Vitex because my cycles are only 21 days long, and my husband and I have been ttc #1 for 27 months now. So, I started noticing the last couple of weeks that my hair seems to be thinning!! My husband thinks I'm being paranoid, so I thought I'd do my research. Has anyone else experienced this, or any other unpleasant side effects while take Vitex?
