Vitex..... TTC baby#2

hi everyone

i am new to this forum and me (32ys old) and my dh (37ys old) have decided to try for our baby#2. first time i got pregnant i was put on clomid 50mg due to my period being so irregular and not ovulating. i conceived on the 3rd month on clomid back in 2009. i had a beautiful baby boy on sept 2010 he is now 6 and we are ready to add to our family. my periods are still irregular and my longest cycle was 52 days. my dr is new as i moved homes when i had the baby and this dr isn't willing to let me go on clomid that quickly. i haven't being diagnosed with pcos officially but this dr seems to think i have it. i would like to regulate my period and ovulate by myself every month so i have been doing some research and came across vitax.

it has good reviews and feed back and i have ordered it and will receive on Monday.

my question is has anyone used vitax on here and has managed to have success with it???

i am really ready for baby#2 just like i was first time i know this is the right time for us.

I'm on vitex. Used it to conceive dd too. It ended a long 100+ day cycle and inoculated cd20 the next cycle and conceived dd so wasn't even on it a full cycle. I started it again back in the spring and it didn't work. So I started inositol which had been great. Last month I added vitex back for the progesterone boosting effects. I don't need it to regulate now just for other benefits.

HELP!!!!!!!

So quick update .... so was taking 1200mg of vitex and i believe i ovulated on cd 14 which was unbelievable. I had a postive only 1 day and today am 5dpo and am getting positive opk again what is going on????

Can someone advise me plz

14 doesn't look positive to me you want the rest line to be as dark or darker than the control. It doesn't look nearly as dark. The one you have labeled as 5dpo looks positive.

Hello!! I am still TTC#1... I tried Vitex for 90 days- it gave me the worst cramps and I never ovulated and never got a period. Finally went to the doctor, found out I have PCOS and was started on Provera ans Clomid.

Anyway, I have read HUNDREDS of posts about other member having EXTREMELY positive (literally BFP's) results with Vitex. I truly hopes it works for you!!!
