Vitex

I had been using vitex for three months and had to stop because it was giving me really bad headaches and making me sooo bad tempered !! It had helped with my cycle and I OVed @ day 21.

I have been of it now for 5 weeks and no sign of me OVing .... Im worried that Ive screwed up my cycle and maybe I should have stuck at it ... any other ladies have a similar experience ???????

Damn ok take 3. I got crampy checking cp. I don't know what soft hard medium high low closed or open feels like or when it should be which. Just looking for signs. Temps keep going up but what are the supposed to do before af or a bfp?

babywhisp - your temps looks great! You should test soon for your BFP!!
Temps should stay UP if you are preg, or if they dip it's usually an indication that AF is on her way

Hi I took vitex for the first time this cycle and the headaches have been full on everyday. I never get them usually.....im not sure il do it next cycle but will stick with, headaches n all, for this one.
