My vitex came in so excited to start this any one else using it?

I didn't have luck with Vitex but many women on this board do. Do you have irregular cycles?

I have used 2 brands of vitex. I like the gaia brand. I started in October and was having periods like every 2-3 months after the pill was stopped. I seem to ovulate around CD 26-28. No pregnancy yet but my cycles are regular and my luteal phase is 13 days so I love my vitex keep me regular. Good luck

i am normal but i read online that you can take small dosages to help rebalance your hormones... i didnt think i was going to o this month but i oed on cd19 and now am 4dpo.. i have taken them for 5 days

i dont see a specialist till aug.. but we are still ttc so i am hoping this works its natures way i believe brand... bough of amazon 2 bottles of 100 capsules each for 13 canadian.. i only take one a day so i have not noticed to much of a change in the short time but i notice "wetter" feeling the herbalist i talked to over the phone told me some of her customers take small dosages at first then take 2 a day after first month but some women feel one a day makes a difference in there cycles and the o day... i never realized i oed so late.. my ovacue machine alwas tells me roughly any where from day 13 to day 16 ... never got 19 till i temped this month last month is was day 15 (i started temping on my ibasal on day 12 though so probably not that accurate)

i have been using vitex once a day for two weeks tomorrow and i honestly think its helping me... would love to hear stories of those whom else are taking it and there feeelings on it
