This is just a basic recipe for waffles.
In large bowl beat 2 large eggs with whisk until fluffy. Mix in 2c all purpose flour, 1 3/4c milk, 1/2c veg oil or melted butter (i use the butter), 1 Tablespoon sugar, 4 tsp baking powder. You don't want to overwork the batter, it's ok if it has a few lumps in it. Then just add some to your waffle iron, we just have a round one and we use about 3/4c of batter per waffle
