Hi there

I woke up last night at about 3am and was wide awake so took my BBT I thought the temp said 36.8. I then tossed and turned for a couple of hours before waking up at 6.30 which is when I usually take my temp. I took my BBT again and it was 36.3.

So I am thinking I may have read it wrong at 3am as an 8 is similar to a 3 or could my tossing and turning have made my temp dip.

Any help or input would be appreciated :flower:

My Chart

This happens to me every night. I wake up at either 3, 4 or 5am. What I do is take me temp right when I wake up no matter what time it is. I use that for my waking temp because it happens so frequently I don't really have a "regular" time I temp. I don't use the BBT adjuster because it happens every night! I figure that if I get 3-4 hrs of sleep in a row then that is sufficient to be considered a basal body temperature.

I don't even know if what I just described is a correct way to temp but that's what I do!

I've never had my temp go down after waking and turning in bed though... Maybe you did read it wrong! I would think it would only go up!! :dohh:

Good luck!! :dust: :dust: :dust:
