WANTED: boosters/liners for heavy wetters (hemp/bamboo etc)

Just starting out with cloth with my heavy wetter. Got a couple of cheapie pocket nappies which came with 2 microfibre inserts each. My son leaked within an hr of having the nappy on with both inserts in... the wee obviously just rolled off and came out of the leg holes!! So looking for some decent liners/boosters that are really absorbant. Happy for them to not be in 'perfect' condition so long as they work and have life in them

Did you wash the nappy and inserts before you used them? If not, there may have been manufacturing residues that would stop them absorbing properly. If the wee just rolled off and didn't get absorbed into the insert then came out of the legs (rather than the inserts being completely soaked through), I'd say that's more likely to be a fit issue or the lack of a wash before use maybe. You might not need new inserts at all

Thanks. Yes they were washed, just once. Still trying to get the hang of it all. So far all the pretty ones I have bought have ended up leaking and the cheap second hand ones that I don't really like have been the best ones!! Typical aye!

I haven't got any to sell but I really recommend the 'Little Lamb bamboo boosters'. You can find them on ebay, £12 for ten which is a total bargain. I use them in all of my pockets.. they're REALLY slim but also really, really absorbant.
