Wanting 3rd baby. Pre-eclampsia/c-section complications.

Hi all.
I wasn't sure where to post this but thought I'd try here. I've had 2 boys and had pre-eclampsia with both (both c-sections. My 2nd section had quite tough scar tissue to get through) really want 1 more baby and wondering whether anyone else had experience with re-occurring pre-eclampsia and how bad it was with each. Or any experience with a 3rd c-section. My husband and I are trying to have a real long think about the risks ahead.

What's your pattern? My doctor told me to be aware of my own pattern as while with most women pre-e hits a bit later and weaker in each pregnancy for some if might be earlier each time or more severe if the last time did damage to your kidneys. My pre-e has gotten milder the second time but I still delivered within a week of the first time. My doc very clearly tells me in the developed world the chances of something serious happening to the mum are extremely low, much much lower than dying in a car accident.
