Customer household has an annual income of less than £16,190^ and the account holder is living with a mental or physical disability or illness, or there is an element of vulnerability in the home, e.g.

- Households with children aged 5 years or under
- Account holder (or partner) aged 60 or over


Does that mean I qualify? my income is less than that and we have 2 kids under 5? x

We are on JSA and small amount of CTC at the mo, would we qualify? Got a 2.5 yr old, we on pre paid meters though, how would that work?

When you top up it would go on then hun...some of the keys they can send messages too..other keys you have to put it on manually.x

Rhi, it's a goverment scheme to help people with the cost of fuel.

They don't make a big fuss about it as it cost's the companies money

Arr i see that makes sense

i always get my knickers in a twist when i miss out on these for example with this one we miss out by something like 700 pounds in the salary box lmao its SOOOO annoying. i'm glad other people can get help its just annoying to be so close to a cut off amount lol.
