Hey Ladies
I have found this out the hard way so just want to pass it on to you!!
If you try to trick your monitor by using it mid cycle and setting it as CD 1-5 you'll end up with loads of highs! like i did!!
your monitor needs several days of lows (usually during your period CD1-5) to record your usual hormone levels, so once your levels start rising it has something to compare to.
I set mine as CD 5 when i was on CD18 (i have very long cycles) and i had one low then 14 highs...i decided to reset my monitor yesterday and it asked for the first stick this morning which resulted in a LOW..!! looking at my BBT i dont think i have ovulated anyway but if i did iv probably missed it cuz i tried to cheat the monitor!!
