Was just in earthquake!

It was my first.
It was a 6.9!
I didn't understand what was going on at first. It felt like someone was frantically shaking my chair or something, until I looked around!

All the cats and dogs around the neighborhood were yowling, I hid in the entry way, and my cats knocked over everything trying to get to under the couch, lol!

Does anyone else live in the Taiwan/Lower Japan region?

I was gonna go out to the store but I change my mind now in case of aftershocks.

I was in the Virginia one in August. It is so scary! You'll probably be shaken up for awhile about it and that is normal. The aftershocks will probably be less then the first quake.
