Does anyone use them? Anyone have any recommendations? After 8 months of shelling out for disposable ones I feel the need to economise

my friend has them and says they are brill so I bought them first as last, they dont tend to stick to the boob, and wash great. i got them at the moment as im leaking like mad! finding them great so far got them from boots

I absolutley love mine, had them since Lauren was born. They easy to clean, and last forever. It can be a bit of a pain that they have no way to hold them in place, so if your going for something a little bit slinky I'd probably say go for the disposables. I always had a box of disposables around anyhow because there easy to store in hangbags and glovebox ect for emergencys

i use these too, but make sure u get ones with a plasticy backing as i got some without and i just soaked straight through them!

They're soooooooooo visible though, look like you have HUGE nipples and if one moves a bit:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: you look all cock eyed. I would only wear them in the house or with a coat on:blush:

Hmm I tried the Boots ones and you can totally see them through my clothes. They don't mould round my boob at all, just stick out like 2 big discs?!

Exactly!! I think they are ones I could only 'slip in' when it's feed time (which is the only time I leak). Definitely couldn't keep them in all day!!

Didnt Milkmachine mention some sillicone type ones recently?? Or did I dream that.....

yep i use them (got mine on ebay...i dont pay full price for anything) they work for me :D

I dotn need them for leaks I just liked the sound of them for smoothing down one embarassing 'errect' nipple versus one normal one after feeding! :shy:

Ive got the avent ones they are ok. I use them in the house not when im out i find the disposable ones hold more.

Lilypads are great but not if u leak alot, i find i have to slip in a pad while feeding cos the milk get trapped underneath anf then goes everywhere!!!

boots washables are fab

x

I have these and am impressed, they last much longer than disposables which i use at night and seem to be soaked within an hour or so !!

I agree with the comment about them being visible through some tops tho, looks like ive wedged a couple of hubcaps down there !!
