Hi there ... my LO is 5 months old and at the moment to get her to sleep I need to hold her arms by her side as otherwise she waves her arms in front of her and tries to suck her hands, and then doesn't go to sleep. Has anyone else had this and do they grow out of it?

I'm asking because at the moment her cot floor is high up and I can reach her easily, but once it goes onto the lower setting it will be very difficult to reach her to do this.

Vinnie is the same, i have to hold him really tightly to get him down otherwise he almost punches himself in the face and keeps himself awake, not quite sure why but i hope he grows out of it soon x

My LO is the same!.. he would flap his hands or whack his hand on his face and head.
I lightly hold his arm to prevent him from doing this whilst feeding.
