Did you have many symptoms as soon as you got your BFP? Although my first was only 15 months ago, I can't remember everything! Other than extreme tiredness, I haven't really had much else in the way of symptoms - I thought I remembered my boobs being achey last time but maybe that was later on.....I'm 15 DPO today x
