We aren't buying tons of new stuff because we have so much from our son which is mostly gender neutral (swing, bassinet, car seat, stroller etc.). Any ideas on how to put some girly touches on these for our new little girl?

I had alot of gender neutral things... Pink blankets work great!

Accessorize! Headbands, sweaters (layers), cute shoes, etc.

Also, people can't resist shopping for little girls, so I'm sure you will get a lot of cute stuff :)

Custom stroller covers :)

Pink bows and blankets. We bought all gender neutral for our first, just in case. Lots of yellow sleepers, bouncer and swing were tan and carseat was green.

My mom bought my daughter a bunch of iron on patches and decals to decorate a bland carseat and "princessify" some tee shirts and jeans. You might try something like that?

Iron-on transfers and patches would be one way. If you're any good with sewing, add some bows or ribbon or lace accents.
