We saw and heard our Baby

I went to the doctors tuesday morning as I had started bleeding and they managed to get me an appointment at the EPU an hour later. Saw a couple of really nice nurses and explained all my history and they took me through for a scan. Dave stayed outside as I was expecting the worse, I refused to look at the screen that was on the wall but suddenly I could hear a heartbeat . Dave came in and the nurse went through everything that she was looking at and explained that the baby had a great heartbeat and the size was spot on for 8 weeks.

we got our first picture which was a great surprise for my dad as it was his birthday

4 more weeks and then i'll be at the 12 week mark.
