A year on my bladder is still weak. I always wee when I run. And I can't hold it. I still go to the gym and I've had physio. I had a fourth degree tear with a venthose delivery with a failed placenta removal. I don't know what to do anymore.

I have this problem with both my pregnancies. I would book an appointment with your OBgyn so they can tell you your options.

I had re-education sessions in France after the birth (basically kegels with electrostimulation) but even then I still had a problem of stress incontinence. The OBgyn told me that eventually I could have a sling put in but only once I had finished having children.

Kegels are the best and most effective option. You can talk to your OBgyn about reeducation too. I would advise stopping exercises with lots of bouncing and jumping (like running and aerobics) for a while to avoid putting additional stress on your perineal wall.
