My mum got me:

Which I love. Lots of helpful info "snippits" as well as all the recipes. Some of 'em sound weird (like the salmon with orange juice one!) but all the ones I tried turned out tastey.

She does a load of other books but I've just used this one. Depending on how much you get into it or like cooking you will probably find that you start experiementing with things once you have an idea of what goes together well.

i have the same book :) like you i haven't weaned yet but this book looks great, really useful :) hoping to get some more books to help with the process :)

I've got this book:

but have to admit that so far I have bought jars as we went on holiday just as we started introducing solids to Hannah. Now that we are home I plan to use the recipes in the book.

I have quite a few baby weaning books and toddler meal planners etc.

The Annabel Karmel Baby and Toddler meal planner is really good and gives advice and a guide how to start baby onto solids.

My very, very favourite book though is Finger Food For Babies and Toddlers by Jennie Maizels. It has fab recipes for babies, toddlers and adults too:happydance:. I always use recipes out of here for party food too.
